Design Notes

Reasonable use (GGGGS)4 can make the fusion protein perform its normal function.The CPPs should be placed on the C-terminal or N-terminal of the whole fusion protein to ensure that it can function properly.

Spycatcher and Spycatcher are already used adaptor proteins, (GGGGS)4 is a commonly used flexible linker, and CPPs is a commonly used cell membrane penetrating peptide.
